Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities : 
  • Provide technical support to service engineer & customers
  • Liaise between R&D team & service engineer to resolve technical issue
  • Provide technical training to customer at factory & customer site
  • To co-ordinate with the Production Department to implement new design on handler
  • Assist in preparing quotation to customers
  • Assist in machine manual compiling

Job Requirements : 
  • A Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience in related field
  • Able to interpret mechanical drawing, pneumatic & electrical circuits
  • Familiar with FMEA, technical report writing, technical presentation, 8D report
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
