Job Description
Responsible for assembling, setting up, and testing mechanical equipment based on engineering specifications. Ensures product quality, performs troubleshooting and repairs, and maintains safety and cleanliness standards while supporting continuous improvement activities
Key Responsibilities
- Final set-up and assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Read, interpret and follow basic engineering drawing, diagrams, specifications and other written instructions or procedures to accurately perform final set-up/alignment of module or equipment.
- Fine tune, test, and troubleshooting module or equipment in accordance with current standard operating procedures for functionality or quality.
- Rework and/or repair a equipment according to engineering specification changes.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to drawing specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards and adherence to customer’s specifications.
- Participate in the quality assurance of handler, collect handler MTBA/ peel force report, perform machine checklist and in the internal machine qualification.
- Working with the R&D team in solving process problems and to keep the high quality standard of handler.
- Review work activities with supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
- Able to work OT when needed.
- Self starter and with good self discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
