      Job Description

      Assist the Accounting department with daily operations, including data entry, record keeping in the ERP system, basic account checks, and administrative tasks, while supporting ad-hoc duties as assigned.

      Key Responsibilities

      Purchasing

      • To support the Accounting department’s daily activities.
      • Assist in data entry and record keeping using the ERP system
      • Assist in checking creditor reconciliation & suppliers’ accounts
      • Assist in courier service invoice billing
      • Assist in asset administration (based on the available time frame)
      • Involved in the accounting filing system (based on the available time frame)
      • Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

      Requirements

      • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business studies or equivalent.
      • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
      • Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Penang.
      • Prefer internship duration with 5 – 6 months period.
