      Job Description

      Support daily purchasing activities by processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, maintaining purchasing records, and ensuring timely procurement to meet production requirements.

      Key Responsibilities

      • To assist and handle daily purchasing activities, such as generating PO and email to supplier.
      • To follow up on PO delivery and ensure to meet production timeline.
      • To handle defect items and parts from the user, tracing and reject to the supplier.
      • Pull the weekly PO report and update to the database for documentation purposes.
      • Coordinate with supplier/vendor and internal departments to ensure projects progress as scheduled.
      • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

      Requirements

      • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Management or related field.
      • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Purchasing / Business environment.
      • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
      • Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multitask and work independently.
      • Good communication and strong negotiation skills
