      Job Description

      To provide technical solutions, support customers, and ensure successful product implementation.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Provide technical support and solutions to customers
      • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
      • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
      • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical clarification.
      • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
      • Follow up on project progress, delivery, and installation.
      • Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting.
      • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
      • 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage
      • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
      • Good communication and presentation skills
      • Able to understand technical concepts and explain to customers
      • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
      • Able to work independently and as part of a team
      • Posses own transport and willing to travel when required
