Job Description
The Electrical Drafter supports engineering projects by preparing and revising detailed electrical power and control system schematics. Key responsibilities include maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation, coordinating project feedback, monitoring project progress, and providing regular status updates. The role also identifies and recommends improvements to enhance system quality, efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to create detailed electrical power and control system schematic diagrams.
- Revise electrical schematics based on engineer and project requirements.
- Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and update technical documents.
- Partner with engineering teams to review, analyze, and log project feedback.
- Track project progress and report regular status updates to the supervisor.
- Provide recommendations to improve system quality, efficiency, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- SKM Level 2, SKM Level 3 or equivalent.
- PW3, PW4 or equivalent.
- Able to work OT when needed.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
