      Job Description

      Handle customer communication, prepare quotations and POs, support sales coordination and presentations, with willingness to travel/or attend exhibition shows, and assist in ad-hoc tasks.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Communicate effectively with existing and potential customers through email and phone.
      • Fast learning on our company’s business nature and customers’ needs.
      • Prepare quotation and process Purchase Order (PO).
      • Ability to liaise with different departments internally.
      • Prepare presentation slide for sales team.
      • Willing to travel outstation /overseas for business trip or exhibition show.
      • Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.

      Requirements

      • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mass Communication, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent and above.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
      • Ability to work independently in a fast pace working environment.
      • Knowledge in ISO 9001/ ERP will be an added advantages.
      • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
      • Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
      • Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
      • Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
